Mock Interview

How I can help you

In this session, I will help you prepare for your next interview by simulating an actual interview that I would conduct as an interviewer for a similar position and similar experience.

I will ask you a variety of questions, including but not limited to:

• Behavioural questions: achievements, failures, managing conflicts - 30 minutes
• Technical questions: the depth of your knowledge in topics you list in your CV - 30 minutes
• System Design: we will design a system and discuss how to scale it - 30 minutes
• Give detailed feedback with what you need to improve and answer any questions you have - 30 minutes

How can you prepare for this session?

• Make sure you upload your CV in the questionnaire you will receive after you book the session
• Share any concerns, recent rejections, or key interviews you're preparing for
• Bring a stable connection, noise-free environment and preferably familiarize yourself with Excalidraw

What I bring to the table

I leverage my 15 years of experience sitting on both sides of the interview table as a Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering and CTO.

I interviewed and passed at giant tech companies like Amazon, Here Maps, Tesla, Hello Fresh, Expedia and more. I also interviewed hundreds of engineers as an interviewer at Hello Fresh, Deutsche Bank, and as an interviewer and a bar raiser at Delivery Hero. I interviewed, Senior, Staff, Principal Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Engineering Managers, Directors of Engineering, VPs of Engineering.
